Agarabi Engineering is a woman-owned New York State licensed engineering firm established in 2014. Our focus is on guiding building owners, decision makers, and tenants to maximize energy efficiency, conserve natural resources, and design and implement clean energy projects. We specialize in engaging in a hands-on and customized manner to assist clients to find cost-effective ways to operate buildings more efficiently and with improved cash flow.

We recommend energy conservation, retro-commissioning, and assessment measures based on monitoring and analyzing historical data from an energy management system or our own data logging equipment. Our ability to work cooperatively and flexibly with property managers, superintendents, and contractors is critical to quickly resolving deficiencies for code compliance, staying on budget with efficiency upgrades, and training facility staff to adopt best-practices equipment maintenance and operations.

Agarabi Engineering’s mission is to improve the built environment to protect future generations and help to empower the community to make better energy and water consumption decisions. Our ability to work smoothly with property managers, superintendents, and contractors is critical to designing and selecting the right equipment, quickly resolving retro-commissioning deficiencies for code compliance, staying on budget with efficiency upgrades and training facility staff to efficiently operate and maintain the equipment. Our staff training is customized to building and organizational capacity.
